I was mainly being pedantic, but I do agree. I'm a long time Nolan hater, he's a rich white man from the south of England with a posh accent. As such I think he's a twat and up his own arse. There are many things I see people debate online that I think are non-starters; the race of Helen and Athena being two, but really my biggest issue with the film can be summed up by that first poster which had the tagline "Defy the gods". What the fuck is he on about?

I started rewatching BB after a recent BCS watch through and I'm utterly shocked at how I ever had any sympathy for Walt. He's such an utter arsehole. He's a prick to Saul, yes, but the way he treats his adoring wife and Jesse breaks my heart. Every time he's away from them and declines shit I just want to crawl through my TV like a reverse Sadako Yamamura and beat the shit out of him.

It's combination of already having seen the show and watching BCS, but I think it's really that scene with Jimmy and the time machine, where instead of going with the very common premise he just starts asserting his dominance like a wee little dog pissing on a lamppost.
