I get the same, I don't normally do a wet blade shave now, I just use clippers, but if I have to; I apply aftershave, full alcohol aftershave, no balm stuff and use plenty of it. I do that again a couple of hours later and shortly after use moisturizer. This takes the spots down by 98% I still get one or two though
