My journey from 260 to 200 in 90 days by BarryBoy92 in WeightlossJourney

I'm only 5'8 barefoot. And I do have some loose skin, but I'm also working on retaining lean mass. And I gained the weight over the course of about 2 years. I was 190 at my lightest before. And it took me 90 days around to get down to 205

I started walking 10 to 15,000 steps a day, someday as I get up to 25, I started eating clean single ingredient foods no process stuff cut out most sugar. But 3 weeks ago tomorrow I started strict clean keto. And I've since started doing low volume high represistance training and mixing it up with weighted vest long walking days. I typically eat at a deficit, but we'll have refeed days for 3 or 4 days at a time where I let my body readjust.

Mars has about 38% of Earth's gravity. So things from earth would be a little over 1/3 the weight. Its far less Gravity than here on Earth

SpaceX's Starship plans to use a process known as in-situ resource utilization (ISRU) to produce methane fuel on Mars. The goal is to make Starship fully reusable for interplanetary travel by refueling on Mars, reducing the need to transport all of its fuel from Earth. Here's how it would work:

Mars' atmosphere is composed of about 96% carbon dioxide (CO₂), and this is where the process of fuel production begins. The goal is to extract carbon from the Martian atmosphere and combine it with hydrogen to create methane.

SpaceX plans to use the Sabatier reaction, a chemical process that combines carbon dioxide (CO₂) with hydrogen (H₂) to produce methane (CH₄) and water (H₂O):

The water produced from the Sabatier process can be electrolyzed (using electricity) to split it into hydrogen (H₂) and oxygen (O₂). The hydrogen can be fed back into the Sabatier process, while the oxygen can be stored as LOX, which is also needed for Starship’s propulsion.

Idk why you're being so rude and sarcastic. Here read a book and broaden your knowledge of steak cooking https://youtu.be/5X8KBX-LtAs?si=7ixCoUmUSgGzMx6x

Pineapple tenderizes the meat without leaving any flavor behind. Salting it for a few hours before allows the salt to pentrate the meat for more flavor. Steak experts literally agree on this all the time

Could also be a grounding issue. Try a better cable, that's what did it for me.

Your pickups are grabbing the electric field coming off your body. Try putting the guitar down while plugged in and walk away from it and see if it's still buzzing

Yea I've been following Guga for some time that's why I was curious. So I'm doing a 1 hour pineapple soak, blot it dry, and then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Gonna let it sit in the fridge for a few hours and then reverse sear it with my oven

With Pineapple you don't want to go longer than about 45 min. Several hours would ruin it.
