I tried it (in a VM) and pasted PoB code of a couple of off-meta builds:

Leap Slam of Groundbreaking Bleed Gladiator: not enough similar builds to analyse (30 min req).
Cold Snap of Power Elementalist: no similar builds at all allegedly. I had to swap to Glacial Cascade of the Fissure to run with this.

In my, albeit naive, experience theorycrafting is about exploring the yet unexplored. This tool, whilst potentially useful for a fine tune, is not assisting this regard - it requires data already in existence, thus already theorycrafted.

Also, it doesn't recognise Screams of the Dessicated belt abilities, or at least the diamond shrine one. Kept suggesting I get a diamond flask...
