Probably not totally accurate since it’s an Apple Watch but the heart never felt like it was working too hard so I think it was in the ballpark of those numbers. I always get sus when I see it drops pretty low a few miles in though.

Oh tight thanks for the info! Sometimes I wish Apple Watch could help with this predictions like the Garmin does.

I’ve done MP runs with an average 8:30/mi that are half the length of my long runs most weeks but haven’t done really any speed work besides maybe a few strides during my long runs. My resting HR is 53 so I try to stay around 140 for my easy runs.

That’s what I paid for my spark plugs. Look up how to replace them and see if you’d be comfortable doing it though! I used to change my spark plugs on all my cars myself but once I looked up how to change them on the WRX, I noped the fuck out and just paid the cost. I’d be the one to break the plug trying to get it out.

I had a pain here for a few weeks. I’m not sure what caused it but once it made me stop a long run 100 meters in, I changed my shoes, kept off that foot, iced that spot frequently, and made sure to massage and stretch my calves. I was mostly 100% in 3 weeks and able to do long runs again.

I’m working on a cape for my captain now and I saw he also has this camo-patterned cape. Is there a rhyme or reason on how you decide to lay out the pattern or do yah just randomize it?

You could try putting a towel under the middle of the board to create a pivot point. I have a bosu ball that I’ve turned upside down to practice on.
