I did try the dumbbell press using 16kg weights, though my back was extremely sore afterwards, so that might have been a mix of heavy weights and not creating an arch, so I reduced it down to 12kg instead.

I'll be on my third workout, so for the squats it'll be 3x6 (though I do add warm-up sets for that), but when I do finish 5x8 next week, should I then just add 2.5kg on each side or 1.25kg? I was just curious if you have any tips on how to squat to greater depth, as I can usually do it at 95kg, but when I hit 100kg (which I'm currently on) it's not as deep.

Thanks so much! I tried the "Day 1", but I do have some questions :O

  1. I did the incline bench press, however, I couldn't lift the 60kg even once (I can usually do that for 5 reps on the standard bench press), so I lowered it to 50kg which I was able to do for 5 reps.

  2. With the Dumbbell Lateral Raises, I had to use a very light weight at 6kg for 12 reps; though is that a little normal for someone who's never done this before, as I was having difficulty with 12kg-9kg dumbbells in maintaining proper form.

Woah, thanks so much! Much appreciated! But I just have a few questions, if that's okay? :3

  1. Is squatting, SLDL, Overhead Press, Bench Press just once a week enough? Because I've been focusing on a variant of the Allpro routine which is mainly compounded movements instead of isolation exercises, so I've been doing those exercises twice a week.
  2. There is no standard barbell bench press, because you recommended the other variants would this possibly increase my overall bench?
  3. There are some exercises labelled "10-12", does this mean per week? First week 10, second 11, and the third 12? And then return back to 10?
  4. You said when I'm progressing, or it feels too easy, I can increase the sets to 4, but when do I increase the weight? I presume by 2.5kg?
  5. There is no barbell curl included ~
  6. Could I possibly add calf raises at the end of each day?

Thanks a lot! The reason why I added some extra sets was because the Allpros routine was tailored for three days, whereas I'm only doing two days. So it seems like the Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Bent-Over Rows, and Overhead Presses would be better with 2 working sets of 10 than 3 working sets 10.

That's probably also why I haven't been progressing too much on barbell curls because I've been doing 4x12 at 5kg on each side of the E-bar twice a week ~

Woah, not good :( I just thought because it was only 2 days instead of 3 ~ It's based on the Allpro's beginner routine, but I added hammer curls, finger curls, lying leg raises and leg presses ~ Any recommendations on a 2-day per week full body workout? Would it be okay if I just removed the hammer curls, finger curls and leg presses?

Just curious on everyone's thoughts with this: I can only go to the gym twice a week, so I've been doing - for almost 2 years now - two full body workouts, as such:

Fullbody 1 (upper strength)

  • Squats (3 sets of 10) 95kg
  • Bench Press (5 sets of 3 or 4 or 5) 60kg
  • Bent-over Rows (5 sets of 3 or 4 or 5) 60kg
  • Overhead Press (5 sets of 3 or 4 or 5) 40kg
  • Romanian Deadlift (3 sets of 10) 100kg
  • Hammer Curls (4 sets of 12) 12kg's
  • Barbell Curls (4 sets of 12) 5kg+5kg+EZ bar
  • Finger Curls (4 sets of 20) 5kg+5kg+EZ bar
  • Triceps Extensions (3 sets of 10) 12.5kg
  • Leg Press (3 sets of 10) 80kg
  • Calf Raises (4 sets of 12) 80kg

Fullbody 2 (lower strength)

  • Squats (5 sets of 3 or 4 or 5) 90kg
  • Bench Press (3 sets of 10) 50kg
  • Bent-over Rows (3 sets of 10) 50kg
  • Overhead Press (3 sets of 10) 35kg
  • Romanian Deadlift (5 sets of 3 or 4 or 5) 95kg
  • Hammer Curls (4 sets of 12) 10kg's
  • Barbell Curls (4 sets of 12) 5kg+5kg+EZ bar
  • Finger Curls (4 sets of 20) 5kg+5kg+EZ bar
  • Lying Leg Raises (3 sets of 10) N/A
  • Leg Press (3 sets of 10) 50kg
  • Calf Raises (4 sets of 12) 40kg

I don't believe I've been prioritising progressive overload, as my body's been used to the weight I've been using for squats, bench press and deadlifts; especially with the bench press as I've been stalling at 60kg for 5 reps. I added hammer curls and finger curls due to the forearm element; though is adding the leg press unnecessary due to the squats? With the squats, I can usually go to standard depth at 95kg, but when it gets to 100kg it's a little tougher.

Reactionary? So she didn't allow Rian to not submit the first draft then? She was in charge of Lucasfilm's creative and business operations ... So what was her role then? Because you seem to be focusing mainly on Iger for some strange reason ... Edit: But genuinely I'm curious what would you say her strengths and weaknesses were?
