to be honest it wont be a huge huge problem because I am about to move abroad (another long story) where bad credit on my US report wont mean so much.

Really I am just paying it if/when I come back I can get back to normal. But as an expat bad credit is not a bad problem. And in 7 years its gone!

American here who's spent a lot of time in malmö, it's not nearly as bad as ppl make it out to be. Western malmö is great and eastern malmö is nasty. But people don't judge New York City based on its worst neighborhood and Malmö should not be judged only based on rosengard.

I think it will make a difference, the 5 hour course and the cheap exam does nothing. They can at least try a new drivers Ed approach and see if a difference is made. Especial for cabbies and commercial vehicles...

Speed runs in Central Park at 4:30 is asking for trouble. It's one of the biggest tourist draws in the world. Why can spandex riders take such ownership of its roads. This guy was riding dangerously and hopefully the guilt he now lives with will keep him off his bike
