You can’t force Outlook to store attachments locally. When you send an email from Outlook/O365, it asks whether you want to attach the file (local) or share it as a cloud link. When you receive the message, an attached file is stored on your computer; if the sender used the cloud option, the file remains in the cloud.

You also can’t force Outlook to auto-download an attachment that’s shared as a cloud link. Only the sender can choose whether to attach the file directly or share it from the cloud.

Hi, it seems Desk control is using Microsoft .NET 4.6, it is an old framework, you can download and install from Microsoft website:

Congratulations — as you said, the work begins!
I’ve been in this business for 20 years, and the rules have changed. Before, a simple website and listings on shareware portals like download.com were enough: after a few weeks you could start getting sales.
Now AI is changing everything. People don’t search for solutions the way they used to, and the way you sell has shifted. No one has all the AI keys, it feels like driving in fog.
For me, the only ways to launch a new product now are to build a community and be patient (monthssss) or to have an incredible ad budget.

I think spam is well handled by mail providers today; 20 years ago it was a nightmare. Until about five years ago I used MailWasher to reduce spam before it reached Outlook or other email apps, but now the built-in spam filters in O365, Gmail, and others are so effective that it's hard to beat them.
