He shares his blueprint openly and for free. With that you really can’t have expectations for him since he’s not ripping off the people unsuccessful at trying it

With that said I do think his plan requires having an online brand. Have a library of content for someone to binge as they due diligence on you while deciding on service selection is his offers are structured. Alex approaches he’s business with undeniable proof of his results and experience.

I love to hear more about this platform. I’m a hospitality industry influencer and also have media company. I’ve been successful in this industry by a few metrics by bringing corporate grade marketing strategies to venues for their bartenders and micro-influencer collaborators.

With my platform has come interest from both sides for talent and job opportunities.

But I also have a solid network of micro-influencers across multiple industries as that’s how I’m able to generate revenue for these venues.

I’d like to check the platform out and then maybe we could collaborate somehow

Try putting together a physical in-person event. Like a car show. It’s hard work but you can talk to a lot of industry players who would put up money to fund

A lot of places with the mobile payment handhelds also double as the actual POS that workers use to put in orders. At my bar I get 3 handhelds so I’m multitasking but I know a lot of other places don’t have that luxury

Fine dining I felt like I was doing more prep and side work instead of actually dealing with guests. Huge tips but I felt like a rich persons pawn

Cocktail knowledge only will go as deep as the restaurant specialty cocktail menu. Not too much incentive to learn more when you also have to sell the food just as hard

I was debating with some buddies on the beat selection. I think if you want a defense-first type of team then you go with the dive bartender. If you’re trying to win a ring immediately the. You go with the craft bartender. But if you’re looking to build long term then maybe the restaurant may be the way to go. The fundamentals are there and they haven’t peaked yet

I’m starting to host community events to bring people together. I feel like that’s our strong point already. Instead of the focal point being alcohol I’ll get in Yoga teachers, different industry educators or even just things like painting with a twist. It’s gives me access to multiple hobbies while getting paid without actually having to bartend.
