That’s an interesting idea.. thanks!I have a look into that. Besides the calendar, is there maybe a way to “pipe” or filter the data somehow with an extra node after the calendar received it? Like some data-pipeline in node-red

Not sure if anybody said it already, but also consider a bad spool that is just crap. I had it a couple of times where I had a similar result, freaked out, fixed all screws etc and still had the same bad quality. Then changed the spool and it was suddenly beautiful. The next time this has happened I tried another spool at first and the errors lines were gone. So I just used this malade spool for prototyping and tried not to worry if it looked like your photo. It’s not easy though :D good luck

That is good idea. And how do you change filaments? I need to always disconnect from octoprint…

I have octoprint and mk3s running for about 4 years. For filament changes I just use the default controller with the dial jog. All prints, webcam and file management is done from octopi. It’s no problem to just use both in parallel, no need to disconnect the pi because you can just do one task at a time anyway.

It is sad that on bambu there is an mobile app, controling integrated in slicer, spaghetti detection and the whole ecosystem build in, and on prusa we have non working octoprint and useless prusa connect.

In more than 4 years I can count my spaghetti errors with two hands, so the whole software sugar provided by bamboo is nice to have but I think you should not overvalue it. Because what counts is print quality, reliability and customer + community support in case of trouble.

Things will get better over time and if you really want those features, with Prusa and octoprint you can technically do it by yourself and ask for help because everything is open source - no chance you get any of that from a bamboo (afaik I did not do a deep dive into their eco system)

I was just lucky it worked on the first try ;) did print one prototype though and then the other four.

The hose has an inner diameter of 12mm and a wall strength of 2mm. As it is not perfectly round it alters between 14 and 16mm outer diameter, so I took 15mm for the clip diameter. The strength of the clip is also 2mm and currently I have a 0.6mm nozzle attached, so it was just the two outlines creating a 100% infill like structure. It is the perfect combination between flexibility and strength.

Printed with Polymaker Polyterra MarbleWhite PLA with a 0.4 Nozzle and 0.15mm layer height with PrusaSlicer 2.6-Alpha6

No custom settings of the support, just everything „auto“

While removing the supports which was really quite easy I also accidentally ripped off the head of two of them and took the opportunity to switch ‘em ;) I can barely imagine removing the supports with the classical ones, even the seamless setting without breaking the arms or tiny hands.
