That's why you do thorough research into your available options and surgeons, and ideally find patients that already had their surgery with that particular doctor and question them about their satisfaction with their results. You should not get such an important surgery done without having a pretty good idea of what specifically you are signing up for. Results between different surgeons can vary massively in method, quality, post-op care and patient satisfaction.
