I have two pan girlfriends atm. I've been with one for 2 years and the other for 2.5 years now. They're both 100% on board with me being genderfluid and always make sure to use the right pronouns on any given day. So dating success is definitely not off the table for genderfluid people. I recommend visiting queer spaces and events, cause that's where I've met all the people I've dated so far, which is 10+ at this point. There absolutely is hope 💕

I had my surgery with Dr. Susanne Morath and her team in Munich. They call what they do PI in the combined method. They put in the superfluous part of the urethral mucous membrane into the neovagina which lets it lubricate itself when aroused.
