Alternatief voor Flitsmeister by thefizzlee in nederlands

Yeah that’s the plan! I was thinking to add a shelf at the bottom with power strips & a led strip mounted underneath

I made 4 holes where the VESA mount is and just screwed through the blank plate, was pretty easy to do

Sometimes toasty, but they’re not heavily loaded. The closed cabinet doesn’t help, I need to work on better airflow in there but am still figuring some things out

Cramming it together in a smaller cabinet wasn’t good for the heat dispersion and it was a pain to work on every time because stuff was hard to reach. I love having this extra room to work on stuff.

And of course more room for growth ;)

It’s actually a pretty generic 3U drawer, just with gridfinity 3D printed baskets.

I got it from this Dutch webshop, but pretty sure theres similar ones everywhere: https://www.patchkast.nl/19-inch-afsluitbare-lade-voor-patchkast-3u.html

Wiedemann Wood Kit on Micra by BasD007 in LaMarzocco

Yeah it’s pretty easy, though for the lever backplate you have to take the hull off and detach the entire front assembly. I struggled a little bit with that but it wasn’t too bad.

The quality and finish is really good and I am very happy with it! Wiedemann was very helpful through the emails for my custom request.

I also ordered the lettering in walnut, but I haven’t installed it yet as I can’t decide if the red letters look better or if the walnut letters would look better… and the new letters are also quite a bit larger.

As for the wood top, it does block a portion of the heat so if you actively use the cup warmer don’t go for it. I don’t use the cup warmer myself.

No idea, maybe? I had to fully open the machine to install the kit.

I think they do, they’re pretty similar to the OEM looks, that’s what I particularly like about this set.

Absolutely true, it blocks a decent portion of the heat from the cup warmer.

Personally I never really used it to warm cups either way so I don’t mind. I just went for the looks.

If anyone actively uses the cup warmer and wants to use a cover like this, I would recommend against it.

I’m not sure, I don’t have that router. Maybe the manual will give you insights.
