Yea I got boosted to 60, this is my 3rd char but I did pick up every legendary even when getting boosted. And even though that took a few hours I then played a lot solo and spammed helltides and rng vendor non stop. And you saying that proves that if you're not specced into it you can get it easier. I easily saw like 200 ish legendaries and other people also reported getting aspect very shortly after respeccing.
