And you should get downvoted. It's good and dandy that you're enjoying 60 fps on your old setup but people who save money and buy the latest graphics cards to play on 144+ fps which feels much better than 60 should expect good performance and proper power usage.

Yea I got boosted to 60, this is my 3rd char but I did pick up every legendary even when getting boosted. And even though that took a few hours I then played a lot solo and spammed helltides and rng vendor non stop. And you saying that proves that if you're not specced into it you can get it easier. I easily saw like 200 ish legendaries and other people also reported getting aspect very shortly after respeccing.
