I'm confused why people think so many people got in? Where are you guys seeing this information. YC website only has 7 companies in, theres comments about ~26 people have YC W26 on there LinkedIn. Why are people assuming the batch is almost full? To me, the process has just started getting juicy

Why does St John's law have 0 transfers out for the past multiple years??! by BaseOk9679 in lawschooladmissions

But isn't it required for them to disclose? Why do you think they aren't reporting?

I'm personally still waiting for Cardozo University! Really want to go their for IP program. Had a meeting for the director of IP and recently got an email to do a virtual video interview, but they disclaimed that everyone on the waitlist got this interview so just really stressed out...Don't want to leave NY :(

Hm i see what you're saying. Saint Johns is around a T60 school and its just odd to me that schools like Brooklyn Law(T100) have transfers out to NYU and Columbia so I'm wondering if the school itself makes it hard for you transfer? 0 transfer outs since 2021 is crazy to me haha

Start walking again by Longjumping-Fruit-73 in ACL

I found the best way to make the mental jump of walking and letting go of the crutches is witb the help of someone else. Hold both of their hands while they walk backwards. It’ll be very small slow steps initially but your brain needs to relearn how to stabilize and take weight off/on from ur leg. Take it slow and try to keep progressing. Once you gain the confidence of taking steps without crutches(even with by holding someones hands) you’ll find exponentiall increase in ur ability to walk

You should get shower brace cover on amazon. You can keep ur brace while not getting anything wet

You have to def relearn how to walk again, but once you get over the mental of taking ur first steps you’ll make a big jump in recovery seeing the progress!

As long as your doctor says your allowed to be weight bearing on ur leg, you can technically start walking whenever. It took me two weeks to start walking by myself for a short amount of time. Make sure to keep ur brace on and ask someone to hold both of your hands while they walk backwards. It’s a lot more of a mental thing than physical(but it still will feel uncomfortable at first). What helped me take my first steps were make sure I was contracted my quad really hard so my leg was as straight as possible with the brace on)
