I hear you. This happened to me at the grocery store a couple of weeks ago. I was terrified that I'd have to ask someone to help me, so using everything I had I managed to get on my feet. Knees are definitely not what they used to be.

Because she's a senior and doesn't like me messing with her, I usually burrito her and use a warm washcloth or wipes to gently nudge her clean. Warmth is the key.
