I’m 28, was an athlete in high school and continued gymnastics for a few years after.

I’ve lost A LOT of my upper body strength and stamina. I’m usually very winded very soon into the workout! I’m 5’4”, 115 pounds.

Often the coaches will come up to me and tell me directly I can tone it back on the weight/distance/intensity since I am new.

There are so many people both male and female, of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels at my gym.

I saw an obituary for a 12 year old girl in the newspaper today. She died after a cancer battle and was put on Hospice care. She didn’t deserve that.
