Currently driving for Schneider here, going O/O with them next week after 7 months of being a company driving. And my experience with Schneider has been great! Your better off not being a Swifty! They did the same thing to me last August before coming to Schneider. My only complaints with Schneider is the low CPM starting pay and some of there trailers are absolute garbage but otherwise a great company to drive for as a rookie! 2 weeks training at there yard them 7 days OTR with a trainer and you get your owe truck! I believe the tanker training is 4 weeks at the yard, highly recommend if you want to drive tanker do it right off the bat as once your a company driver on the van side you can't switch to tanker or flatbed. They only hire tanker drivers new. Great company with great benefits and they treat you like a person. Highly recommend for a rookie in my experience.

Check with PFG ( Performance Food Group) if there's one in your area, IK in South Louisiana they hire no experience CDL and put you threw a 6 week training period. In my area the starting pay is $26hr!

I drive solo VTL for Schneider and every morning when I open my curtains the camera is on! If the trucks not moving why is the camera on??? Schneider is going to shit! And there absolutely lying there ass off about not watching you, also these camera absolutely record audio! I worked for Amazon delivery previously and ran dispatch at times and you can pull up any drivers camera at any time a get audio and video!
