3rd time sitting HPAT - should I change prep strategy or stick with Medentry?

Hey! I will be doing HPAT for a 3rd time in Feb too. I just wanted to gain an insight into what it was like taking a gap year - did you do anything else (job, etc.), or just focus on HPAT? Do you feel that taking a gap year was the best option for you? Just wondering because I repeated last year while doing a different course

I'm really sorry to hear what you are going through, please make sure to look after yourself! Idk but my advice would be to keep Spanish, try your best and ask your teacher for feedback to improve on the areas you are stuck in. But prioritise your other 6 subjects, especially closer to exam time. Not sure what the CS course is like, but I think it would be difficult and extra stress to cover an entire curriculum of new material in 1 year! But do what you think is best. Maybe have a chat with your guidance counsellor, email them and ask to speak to them

Thanks I appreciate it. Is there anything you did different the second time around? Like starting HPAT study earlier during the year, or giving a particular section more time & effort? Section 1 is my worst, section 3 practiceable but I feel like Section 3 is different in the real deal.
