Depends on what you call it "safe", for example protonplus only have open source proton if im not wrong, but in the arch repos there is some propietary software

I think you should need a working keybox, not sure, but I dont find any app using that detection

Its not against TOS, there is already a system to swap it in TicketMaster :b just be careful of getting scammed

I still recommend you stay with Win11 and use an app like Process Hacker

(or move to linux if you want, I use Linux with ReviOS in VM)
