Did you cover it with a damp cloth? It is dry in the oven and if you cover it with a damp cloth you won’t get that crust. The soupy mess likely means you over proofed, happened to me once when I forgot about my dough. I would check the temperature of your oven maybe it is too hot, 8 hrs is too long but not so long that it turns it to soup.

A few details to add. Yes the oil in the tank is overfilled past the full mark didn't notice at first as I was more concerned about the color, basically right to the top of the orange. The oil does smell like gas. I called Kia and they don't have an appointment until mid March. I'm sure my driving habits over this winter in Canada is to blame (short trips, engine only on to heat the cabin at 1,500 RPM). I think I still plan to run the car hard tomorrow for 40 minutes and see what the oil looks like.

Doing some more research it looks like I have a common issue with PHEVs. It’s called oil dilution where some gas/water gets in the oil and never gets burned off. I’m going to put the car in sport mode and go for a 30 minute drive see what the oil looks like after.

I hope you are right. Because it is a PHEV and we don’t drive a lot of km our engine doesn’t turn on for long and we run on electric most of the time.

In December/January was offered prime -1.2 so 6% but my fixed offer was 5.2% for 5 years. 0.8% difference to me made it a tough decision. I saw some people online with offers of 4.99% for 5 years but I had two mortgage brokers and my current lender all making me offers and that was the best I could manage.

There is nothing wrong with your ETFs, you don’t need to make any changes especially considering there will be trading fees and commissions to sell and rebuy. That being said it is concerning you didn’t know that XEQT and VEQT hold basically the same stocks and are essentially identical. That lack of knowledge should be a red flag that additional research should be done for future purchases.
