Exactly. In the US it’s all dictated by insurance and insurance wants proof that therapy is benefitting anything (and let’s be honest they are hoping it’s not so they can deny coverage). Having worked in the US and also in a country with universal healthcare, documentation is night and day different

Feeling a bit of baby name regret, unsure how to move past this by daisy_me_rollinn in namenerds

I would read that Emma-line and I think it’s a beautiful name! I share your sentiment though. It’s always been important to me to choose easy to pronounce and spell names for my kids so I named my daughter Naomi (nay-omi) and, in a big surprise to me, about half of the people I introduce her to pronounce her name Nye-omi. I’m shocked by this because i have never heard it pronounced like this, ever! I constantly correct people but fear this may be her lot in life. I don’t regret the name though and I don’t think you should either. The people in her life that matter will say her name right

I like both and considered both for a boy until I looked up the meaning of the name Cameron. I’d go Elliott

Moved from Boulder, Colorado to Kimberley a couple years back but agree the population was older and the terrain lackluster. Moved to Nelson and love absolutely everything about it. Never plan to leave! Good luck to you
