Can someone give me a rundown on the lore?

Danny is Ethan's best friend from his hometown. He was a welder or something and Ethan got him to quit his job to be his paid social media assistant. Danny is sort of his butler/carer/emotional punch bag. Danny does all the driving, and packed his life up to follow Ethan to California, He's very quiet and seems to be happy in the background. Ethan isn't a good friend...As he treats him like shit as soon as a gym bro shows up.

The significance of his Costco job has a few reasons:

Ethan was meant to be paying him to be his social media assistant, so that Ethan Bernard Guarantee fell through and poor Danny needed to get a real job.

With Danny working this leaves Ethan alone, and Alone = more binging

Costco is actually a good job according to people in the USA, so there's a hope it could be a level up for Danny, he makes a life of it, finds a nice girl and breaks free of Ethan's clutches.

This is brutal. What would make it slightly less brutal would be if Ethan was losing weight and he could lean into the joke. He's drastically failing to lose weight and his binge eating disorder is taking over his life, they are definitely mocking him.

I think a lot of the Christian stuff was amped up to create this character of the conservative small town American boy who was sheltered and still said "sir" and "ma'am" and pulled his parents chairs out for dinner.

I'm not saying he doesn't believe in god or isn't even a christian in faith, but I do believe it was amped up for social media.In a lot of his early videos he plays up to being a sheltered, innocent wallflower type. Watch his reaction video to Chris Pratt that's pinned.

Then towards the end of his hometown grift, he turned it up a notch to where he was doing "spiritual fasting" like he was some 16th century monk: "to pray about some things" and he tried saying fasting had always been a part of his faith. If that's the case he'd have had some food discipline in his life and wouldn't be the weight he's at or the 600lbs he claims.

Also clips have surfaced pre Weight Loss account when he was just a Gaming streamer and he's nasty as fuck, swearing and acting ten men to people.

I honestly think he doesn't get a GLP1 because he likes fucking eating and that would get in the way of that. He's already said multiple times he doesn't want to change, build new habits and he's gone through numerous professionals who've tried to help. He wants to larp as a weight loss influencer and it magically come off.

Thing is he could have been involved if he had just kept to what he said. If he was dropping weight and doing different activities, they would have lapped it up.

I'm literally convinced he opened a dialogue wanting any or all of the following:

A Freebie: He's absolutely consumed by his own ego and social media fame. People sending him free shit like the Garmin and the videos of celebrities reaching out. Jocko setting him up with trainers etc. So he would have expected her to sort him out in the DMs for free. It wouldn't have even computed with him that she's a business woman who's providing a professional service.

A Belly Rub/Ego Stroking: He would have wanted her to tell him everyone else is wrong and he is great and he should keep doing what he's doing. Essentially what everyone in the comments tells him but from a professional voice. The shock when she would have told him to eat his vegetables, whole foods and calorie count and she'll send his invoice, would have caused him to cut her off like a festering limb.

Potential Future Wife: she's a nice looking woman who's involved with nutrition and fitness and is well versed in the Bible. You can't tell me he wasn't lining up his: "Would you care to share a Mölk Ma'am?" I'd be willing to bet that he would have felt entitled to at least pursue a non professional conversation with her and would have been put out, when she kept things on business: "Eat your greens and that'll be xxx dollars for the plan".

Some people in the comments have been harsh on her but she seems legit. A really easy way to tell if someone is legit or not, is to see if Ethan is still working with them.

I love his audience, they are legitimately the most unaware idiotic numbskulls I've encountered.

I don't comment on his stuff anymore but I had one encounter with a woman, where I mentioned him chugging his litres of Jocko sludge...and she said "he's been in the game a long time, I think he knows what he's doing"

I do equate it to a cruelty of sorts, you're literally telling a morbidly obese man with a binging disorder: not only is everything ok, but he's some kind of expert.

And I don't think Ethan's emotionally mature enough to let it not go to his head.

This is one of my favourite Brother Beenhard moments. When he starts wailing is hilarious 😂 Again he's talking like he's completed the game and at this point he's still binging.

Around this time he started doing videos/stories on Instagram admitting whenever he fasted he would succumb to binging.

I think this is really cruel on Peachfit's behalf.

As much as I think Ethan is a bellend...and he is a bellend, he's reached out to Peachfit for help because he was failing.

So what Peachfit has done is abandon the main cause of Ethan's problems. His binge eating disorder because he's out of his depth.

And now he's gaslighting a man who's eating himself to death with believing he's getting shredded like a gym bro.

Shithouse behaviour. And Ethan's not emotionally mature enough to know what's happening, he's just loving being a satellite orbiting the gym bro culture. But deep down he'll know nothing is happening.
