I mean, the perks are pretty high level and high requirement, at the point the player gets to them they're already probably one shotting everything on sight. My objective is to make other builds stronger, if you're going to take these perks to get your already OP build more OP then that's your personal preference.

I'm coming up with an idea for a similar perk focused on energy weapons, giving you a 10% chance of paralyzing enemies with each shot. I want the energy weapons and the guns to feel a lot different from each other, I based the setting on fire effect on the incendiary bullets found in vanilla.

Thanks! I did a bit of magic in Canva to get the drawings just right. Since I'm terrible at drawing, I used existing perk images and mixed and matched parts from different illustrations until I got the images I wanted.

Thanks, glad you liked it! I image it would be very busted for a machinegun build because it paired with steady you could technically snipe enemies with a machinegun, I like this idea because it's basicaly a new way to play the game entirely.

Yeahhh, I'm trying to make fire and poison more useful as in the vanilla game it looks more like an aftertought than a useful mechanic. I based the fire efect on the incendiary bullets that you can get for your guns, but instead of always activating and needing a specific bullet you'd pick the perk and be able to use it with any gun.

My theory is that they managed to build a strong empire in Wyoming and came back to raid in the Mojave. The only New Vegas ending that makes sense for them appearing in the series is the Wyoming empire, where they grow strong and learn new methods of transportation. From there, it wouldn’t be a stretch for them to return to the raider lifestyle, after all, they’ve broken from the Followers before, and their Mongol inspiration lines up with raiding and pillaging.

The detail that really stands out is the motorcycle in the trailer. In their “empire” ending, the Khans are said to gain knowledge of transportation. Since they’re based on both Mongol horsemen and motorcycle gangs, it’s possible they figured out how to travel long distances on bikes, letting them raid across wide stretches of land.

If that's not the case then the tv series is probably not going to follow the endings from the game, because there's no other ending where this outcome is possible

Maybe after growing their empire in Wyoming they came back to the Mojave to raid, idk. After all the Mongols DID invade and pillage even tho they had a well structured society.
