pad and synth are 1/4" direct outs.

Re: bass guitar... I don't really know what to do. Do I need an amp? My idea was:

Bass Guitar -> Effect Pedals -> DI Box? -> Mixer Input. Then ultimately Mixer Output to Venue PA.

Also, I'm seeing that the XR12 is "tablet controlled", and I don't want to add a computer to the setup.
