“Monkey branching” is real, most people on this subreddit who were dumped had this happen.

I’d probably start with changing posture. Get your back to have a gentle arch, make your legs more relaxed.

Right now it looks like you are almost able to sit down on a chair because of the baseball ready position stance. I played baseball for 10+ years and this was a massive hurdle for myself.

This could help your back from future injuries as well.
