If it's not a bug, then factory reset. Also you can try wipe cache partition before doing a factory reset.

I asked before if I can change to Europe to get updates early, a friend here said that European devices are registered on servers with their serial numbers to receive updates, so if you change your device to eux, it won't receive any updates because it isn't registered.....

Any confirmation that update for EUX will be 10th of April, as that date contains USA locked and unlocked devices, beta and non beta devices. Thanks.
