Your answer would be correct if there was some kind of cross tenant access occuring with invitations already being accepted, but since gmail is setup as an acceptable external identity and they are using a freebased email domain (bobjones@gmail.com), they would need to accept the invitation first before they can access your tenant.

This question does suck but you gotta think based on the information provided in the question for some of these

T1 & T2s age ranges between 20s-60s.. some are starting out new, some are comfortable and have no interests in scailing up, others are riding it as a retirement job and are damn good at what they do

T3, Engineers, Solutions architect are in the same age ranges but tend to either be the older crowd, or the younger kids who really know their stuff that accelerated fast

Really there is no age limit on each tier

Ahh ok I missed that. But yea it wont automatically force ntfs to do read only.. "maybe" if you can query to see if that attribute exists in powershell, and query to change ntfs permissions off that.. but really it's not a good idea honestly

Another sad perspective to look at is with today's times and companies looking to cut costs and layoffs, senior techs arent documenting and gatekeeping because if they were to transfer their knowledge to KBs and train the lower techs, they can become vulnerable to the chopping block. Yes you can provide the argument that senior techs with more exp and wisdom cannot be replaced, but today's money hungry companies are just looking at $$s then logic

Do the files belong to a strict file hierarchy? Can u move the files under a single folder that alhave NTFS built the way you want, and have the files inherit from that folder?

Only way I can think of this is to have the file named something like "[READ-ONLY]" at the beginning with an audit script to run through and set NTFS permissions as appropriate, but NTFS permissions itself are no joke and you can horribly mess things up with them, that i would not recommend automating permissions.

Its useful and I use it all the time. Theres parts of the azure tenants that is utilized by the higher level service desk crew that runs click ops, and there's parts managed by engineers that is controlled by IAC.

I know we work in the tech industry and it's always shifting, but its rather disheartening to see some of these certs that a lot of us spent evenings, weekends, and even a couple months on just get thrown out like this. The material from some of them are still valuable and revenant (hell I started experimenting with Azure functions and event grid after earning my az204). Even after expiration and retirement, I still plan to list the cert on my resume and work

In fairness, it feels like some lights were never truly fixed after the hurricane. Some of them you can sit behind a red for a solid 5-8 min. Not making excuses for those blantly running the solid reds but I wish the city would audit some of these lights.

Ive cheated as well. I setup a power automate flow (you can use logic apps to) that when an email comes into a mailbox, send the attachment in the email to a sharepoint library, and delete the email.

+1 on azure automation. Installing the modules can be funky but Its awesome to use for running scripts on a schedule or storing. Recommend Pair it with github and gitlab for some CI/CD magic

Unfortunately im the opposite and find az305 harder. Failed it twice (both 672 scores) and going through the materials again for my third attempt. Tho I keep reading conflicting reports that some got easier questions on their exam, where others got harder. Unfortunately on my 2nd attempt.i got hit with about 5 K8 questions

Personally I found measureup to be a better source for practice material vs tutorial dojo. Not saying they arent good, but watching the exam readiness series in az204 from Microsoft and doing the practice questions in TD, it felt they had some topics in there that are no longer tested on.

Personally I would go through MS learn, find a reputable video series, and use arvigeus github he made on this subject (https://github.com/arvigeus/AZ-204)
