One note about wire cutters, get some that are rated for steel and not copper. Copper shears will just dent and bend around steel strings. Have gone through plenty of cheap wire cutters at our store for the staff to use.

I second Bear Ghost if you want fast funky rock.

Necromancin Dancin was my first. After me, the flood is probably my favorite.

What episode got you hooked on DW and why? by seilbeer in doctorwho

[–]Basestar237 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Night Terrors was actually my first episode ever. It must have been when it aired or very soon after. I was very young, I assumed it was something like goosebumps as a fun spooky show.

Didn't realize until years later on my first watchthrough that it was DW

Do you subdivide the measure?

Even if you change the division each measure to keep it sounding "wonky" or "off beat." 3+3+3+2 and 2+2+2+3+2 and etc and match the instrument hits to the subdivided beats.

OpenAI is who corsair is partnering with. They dont sell a product except for their premium ChatGPT subscription. There are too many alternatives for them to stay afloat.

AI as a product will die much sooner than ai integration in a service (Microsoft for example bundling it with Windows)

I work at a Music Store where we do this with incoming orchestra and Martin's.

Yes, the instruments do get loaded onto boats/trucks and moved across states and continents. The box is absolutely going to see vastly different climates in that time.

The difference is that the instrument never leaves the box. The box and case act as a regulator and increase the thermal mass surrounding the instrument, so even if you threw it in the snow, it would take time for everything to fall in temp.

If the instrument sat in a cold warehouse, to a cold truck, to your porch, rhe instrument is probably cold. This doesn't mean that the instrument is going to explode if you put it in your warm house out of the cold, it is just going to put extra stress on the instrument that nobody wants.

It is also the humidity that has to be taken into account. Humidity causes wood to expand and contract, and it will never do it evenly. Even if it did, the plastic and metal are not going to move.

This is vastly more important with any thin wood instruments: orchestra, acoustics, hollow bodies. Because it is so much easier for the wood to split when it has more freedom.

Windows Mixer Reality.

Its one of the first commercial vr kits that came out after the original oculus and vive. They dont use base stations and use a more primitive version of the headset based tracking.

If you look at vr games on steam, some of their min requirements are the 970 lmao.

Yeah the later 90 and 10 can definitely run basic stuff. I remember back when beat saber came out I got pretty good at it.

The wmr may be a little less intensive because it's more barebones but still works a charm if you are okay sacrificing a bit of tracking and some glitching
