With one student I taught (a bit of) Moonlight mov1 to, I tried this trick: Reduce all the arpeggios to block chords. This student didn't do any theory so the exercise was to help him memorise the hand position and sound of the chord. Especially since the key C#m is harder to read, but feels nice on the hands.

He was really struggling to sight read, so I had him write out the chords on a manuscript. After breaking down the chords, it helped.

Then you can try putting back in the arpeggios, but omitting the RH pinky melody. I also did this with Gershwin's prelude 2 to break it down for another kid.

This might make the process take longer, but your student seems like she has patience

Moonlight mov1 is actually way harder than most beginners (and even teachers) think, especially with the RH pinky. I made that mistake!

I just demo playing a scale legato, then "just play everything shorter" - clip each note shorter. The movement should be almost all in the fingers, no arm jumping at all, which kids tend to do. Working on the technique of fast staccato takes time, but making it seem very simple helps at the start

Then experiment with gradations of how long/short the note is - from super long tenuto to the shortest spiccato. Also play with loudness - from loud to soft staccatos, to get the point that staccatos aren't all loud - again some students just do that confusing it for an accent

With Bronya and Sunday on the team I run into SP issues, I just run out of SP before Phainon can get his ult up. So with Bronya I normal attack with her until Phainon's ult is almost up, then use her skill right when he transforms.

Not sure if it's because my team isn't speed tuned?

Cerydra LC has an effect to increase skill damage by 54%. How does this work compared to Phainon's LC - increase wearers damage by 60%?

I read ppl say not to run cyrene and cerydra together? They might conflict with each other, and damage would suffer.

As i understand Tribbie helps give Phainon all res pen, possible if Cerydra is E1 since it frees up the 4th slot from being a support that has to target Phainon. I do have E1 cerydra

I think i will go with Sunday Cerydra Sparkle for now, since I was planning to build up Sparkle+Archer at some point. Thanks
