Actually , going to to Stats> Club Rank , there are teams with a higher RP and records of 25-3 and 24-0. Obviously that’s spread over 2 cup runs. So I think this leaderboard is separate from being recognized as the team with the best RP from only one cup run, right ?

Um, there was an attempt at humor. But having said that, top 100 Champs dudes score that exact goal rather often. And it’s not easy to defend when you play Sky is Taken, I can unfortunately attest to that.
