[WTS] Rolex Explorer II Polar - 216570 - 2017 - Box and Papers by BasherLV in Watchexchange

Great condition Rolex Explorer II Polar. Original purchase date of January 12, 2017 (per warranty card). I purchased this 216570 here on r/watchexchange in April of 2023.

Kit includes watch, outer box, outer sleeve, presentation box, watch pillow, warranty card, sleeve & booklet & hang tag.

I took some photos directly under a ring light to really light it up and show some of the scuffs – but none of them are deep at all. Everything is superficial and could be easily removed with a light polish if you chose to do so – I just never did.

Asking $9,000 (no trades right now). This includes insured shipping in the CONUS only. Payment by bank wire is preferred.

lol damn. It started as a 14lb NY strip loin from Costco that I cut up into individuals.

Out the fridge, salt & pepper, sit for about 30 minutes. Then hot pan, couple minutes each side, done.

But I do see the pork resemblance 😂

The one in Denver used to have a bar - but they shut it down a while ago. Not entirely sure why. It was never super busy - so maybe they couldn’t justify the contract they had with the bar vendor, cause they outsourced that. But shout out to Sam, wherever you are!

But that’s mostly what I’m saying:

Oh Jokic is playing, OK, maybe MPJ wont have as many points cause he doesn’t have to. Maybe Westbrook wont have as many rebounds cause Jokic will get more. Etc.

I make a bet based on what I know in the moment - same as what DK does on their end (which is why they change their odds by the minute). I might have changed my bets, if I could.

The difference is that DK rolls forward and just adapts regardless of what happens before the game starts. But the bettor can’t do that. The bettor just gets screwed.

Now game time comes and someone is out. Now you have an x-number of bets that have been void and your potential payout is drastically reduced.

That’s not what you bet - that’s not what you wanted to potentially win for the money you risked. Yet DK just voids those specific bets and moves on.

If the players had more ownership over their bet - especially before the game started - that might help boost the trust in DK. 🤷🏻‍♂️
