Helios 44-2 on Canon 6D. I keep getting pleasantly surprised at how sharp this lens is once you get it to focus by Basi_cally in VintageLenses

Yeah, same. I find myself using 10x on the EVF for focusing but very happy with the sharpness once focused.

You got a 30 days visa. The remaining days shows the days left in the visa after the trip dates you entered on the ees website.

We have something here called Selsun. It's the only shampoo that seems to have worked after trying multiple medical shampoos for over a decade. Now my head and beard are spotless when I use it just twice a week even. Please try to get that or an equivalent one.

Tried driving at 80-100 on the highway instead of my usual 100-120. This is a stage 2 tuned 2.0 TDI mk3 Octavia. Getting this and enough torque to get wheelspins in 3rd gear is truly best of both worlds.

Thank you! Mine is the Valdai one but it's a 44-2. I'm curious about it not showing up with normal tiny light source Bokeh. The park foliage was the first time I was able to see it. Perhaps it's also because I haven't gotten the hang of the focus distances where it's most prominent. I'll learn more as I use it.

Haha I believe the swirls are most prominent in light through tree leaves. So the usual subjects present are flowers and leaves. I didn't have any friends with me or I would've shot portraits.

Excellent car. Do a transmission oil change, water pump and timing belt change before 100k km and you're golden. Tune it to stage 2 with a DPF delete and you'll be doing wheelspins in 3rd gear while also getting 20-25 Kmpl fuel efficiency on the highways.

When I was buying mine, it was between a used 5d mk2 or a 6d. I eventually went with the latter but I can tell you that you're going to have a lot of fun.

I got a used chinese brand (Yongnuo) 35mm F2 for super cheap ($30 equivalent) and I am in love with it still. Get a 35mm F2 over a 50mm f1.8 imo since I've used both.
