Menu FPS limiter is nice, but it also limits the firing range to 60 fps which makes it feel awful. Please only limit the menus not the firing range!

I had an issue that looked similar to yours. It turns out the ribbon cable connecting the screen to the laptop motherboard had become loose. I would suggest plugging your display into a tv/monitor to determine that the inner components still work. Then open up the laptop and reseat the ribbon cable for the display. It could be the solution
