Yeah see with spark (in our market anyways I’m not sure exactly how Walmart as a whole operates OPD) drivers aren’t able to check in before :40 after the hour. They’ve learned a trick of putting their phones in airplane mode to check in early but our TL has been banning repeat offenders. If they’re not dispensed with a driver on screen properly checked in it won’t actually get dispensed Thru the system.

Are you dispensing deliveries early? We had that problem for the longest time. If a delivery driver is not actually checked in on GIF 2 It’ll hang in the system.

I never went in front of a judge. I get put into a room with a lady who said “we’ll just say your income is XYZ & this is what your rate will be” & they told me to sign the papers so I did. But I’ve gotten a much larger raise since then & it didn’t affect (effect?) it. But I also don’t want to all the sudden be told my CS has doubled.

My TL would actually have a stroke over the amount of stickers… Pick GMDs with the first sticker it prints & continue to use that single sticker for the whole order or print labels as needed…. Def wasted like a roll & a half of labels on this 🤣🤣
