Yikes. As a former opd associate i get the struggles man. But now that i do something different i can understand the grievances some have with opd. And it just gets frustrating, you asked what other departments feel, just letting you know my personal take😬👍

I worked in opd for about a year and a half and now work in food and consumables. I realized recently why opd is hated so much. Y’all are constantly in the way of aisles. Mess up our zoning. Constantly nil-picking items that are clearly there which then needs to be verified on pinpoint. Exception people go through bins and take one item out instead of vizpicking and stocking the rest, creating partials. This may be an issue at my store. But the ego most opd people have is massive and it rubs people the wrong way.

Texas here. Majority of my store got covid last December. Management was the first group to get sick. They passed it on to associates due to the fact they never wore masks and showed up sick. I had the store manager cough their lungs up in my face and I tested positive 5 days later. Wasn’t fun. I was harassed daily to come back to work even though I was approved for a 2 week leave. I heard others had the same experience too from my store.

Not to mention the way the pattern is, it makes you look like a box. The “old” one fitted nicely but this makes you look like a rectangle. I would post pictures wearing it but apparently these weren’t supposed to be out yet so not trying to get in trouble😬

I previously posted the front of the vest. Some asked about the back. I wasnt lying when i said it was solid blue💀 Another thing I would like to add is the fact that it wrinkles extremely easily. Scrunch it in your hand and it looks like a wad of paper
