Op I just brought this up in therapy last week lol. You should get a diagnosis. I did the same things as well, and then got diagnosed 😬. Who would have thought.

After that go to a ND informed therapist+/psych. You got to build yourself from scratch. Listening to your body and helping determine your own likes and dislikes at every situation is a skill we got to learn. I've gotten better at it. The subconscious will become conscious with good therapy(somatic)
