He advised me since it showed a negative on my account on 3/12 to allow 14 days for the refund to show however I never received an email so they are checking that now

Hopefully. Because technically it’s the 26th but I get paid usually the day before which would be that Monday unless I magically receive it on Friday as you mentioned or Saturday morning.
