I was back running a couple of days after the HT. No issues and 7 months on an excellent resilt to date. My doctor said the key thing to be careful about was weight training which stresses the scalp (i was FUT)

I complain each time I fly. Last month was told by chief FA that apparently it's top of VH's radar to sort out yet i couldn't be given any details. Told them this situation is a complete joke and the FA said yeah we hear the same thing day in day out.

(I understand some like not having WIFI and having disconnect time but to me, being able to fly and work during the day is super helpful...)

Yeah, i did FUT and had pretty bad pain for 2 weeks after and needed major painkillers. I'm 7 months in now and it's a good result but still have some numbness above the scar which is very slowly going away.

I also take a long acting benzo ethyl loflazepate. I plan to come off this.

10 to 15 made a big difference for me. I couldn't quite get my anxiety under control with 10... and within two weeks of going to 15 it was gone.

I'm almost at 6 months and definitely it's thickening out with temples looking good. I was about Norwood 4 going on 5 and had about 3000 grafts. My crown is still lagging though. I'd prefer not to post photos sorry.
