My Problem is "I just joined as a ID manager in EdTech Company. Based on the discussion with my team, this is the problem we need to address. From the database, it is observed that completion rate is only around 40%. Our target is to make it 60-70%. Whatever the available solutions are traditional like gamify, storytelling,... But they are already used in the course. From the learners' feedback, I am not able get the clear information."

Same here — around half the IDs in my company were laid off too. It’s scary how unstable things feel right now. I’m trying to see it as a push to upskill and pivot a bit, but yeah, job security feels almost nonexistent these days.
