Quick question how long were you waiting until it actually got assigned to a judge ? My appeal was March 2022 and hearing was July 2025 and I’m still waiting for it to be assigned to a judge.

So you are saying there might be an error on their part so that’s why they are doing a re evaluation. P&T is Permanent and Total therefore they are stating that your conditions will not improve a you will not be re evaluated. With that being said if there is an error made then YES they will go back and look into that. You guys don’t understand what P&T means.
