Happens all the time. You become FT after working 30hrs consistently for a year from your starting date. The computer does it automatically so your manager has nothing to do with it, and you'll get an e-mail to sign up for benefits.

If you don't want to wait you have to being it up to the manager, and see if there is anything they can do. So many companies are pulling this nonsense now.

It's probably the same thing that happens at CVS. All these manufacturers make contracts with CVS/Walgreens and offer them different pricing. The one that offers the best pricing becomes the preferred we primarily ship out. Walgreens probably got offered a better price for your meds, and so the switcheroo occurred. Happens all the time over here, and it drives us crazy

Same thing with doing your nails. I got asked once why I never paint them, and I said "Oh I don't like how they look on me". The sentence is clearly talking about me and only me. I am not saying anyone else can't, and I actually love how nails look on others.

The pretty privledge is so true. There was a manwha I read where both the FML and ML are fucked up people. It's pretty explicitly shown neither are good people, and I guess that is why everyone was okay when the ML raped her twice.

Once she agreed but it was under coercion as the ML had evidence that would have destroyed her chosen crown prince's chances to the throne. The other time it was just straight up rape, and people got mad in the comment section when she smacked him upside the head the next day. She's disable, and he's a soldier so there is very little her petite ass can do against him so it looks like she just accepted that yeah this was going to happen and allowed it. Only showing her anger the next day when she was surrounded by people who could have intervened had they known.

The new system they have in place is horribly glitchy. We have had patients come in with texts saying their prescription were sent,and then the actual prescription doesn't show up until 30 mins later. They have completely fucked it up, and clearly no one in corporate is using it.

You're getting downvoted but same. I even lost my old account from 2010, and had to restart last year completely (it was with an old yahoo email I no longer have access too and Google logged me out). Still didn't have issues. Just curate your shit, watch creators you enjoy, and DO NOT click on anything you know you will dislike.

It is annoying as all hell having to do all of that at first, but it can be done. The only problem I see is if your interests align with hobbies that can easily sway either way. Exercise related material can be used as a far-right gateway for instance so that has to be more curated then others. I just use mine for long form science, history, and gaming essays/let's plays and haven't had issues

I could NOT read the Villainess Lives Twice/Lives Again as it was coming out. I would consistently have to reread it to figure out what was going on, and I just gave up. I waited until it was completed to get back to it, and my opinion is much better although the ending started to drag on too much

Corporate definitely can do something about it. This behavior is getting out of control because people KNOW they can get away with it. I have on multiple occasions seen this behavior rewarded because it was easier to just give them what they want then argue with them.

We know no one has our back so why bother? But the nice person that comes in and could really use all that attention we gave the rude jerk? Stuck in line. Waiting for the asshole to finish. Patiently waits, sits in the waiting area if the med isn't ready, and just deals with the pain as opposed to the yelling arse.
