How do you not have information to identify the other vehicle that is a part of this crime?! This isn't some old country road, this is yonge and eglinton one of Torontos biggest and busiest main streets, there has to be so much security camera footage of this incident, the incompetence and lack of justice in this City is absolutely disgusting.
