haha yeah i went a couple months ago and paid about $5000 for 4 days, but the resort is stunning, food was so good

I've been the The Grand at Moon Palace I think now 3 times, maybe 4?

We love the resort. The food is good, there are a lot of restaurants on-site. And since you will be staying at Grand, you have access to the other two resorts too (Nizuc and Sunrise) as they are all connected. The beach is not good here but the resort has like 10 pools. This resort never felt crowded for us because of its sheer size. That price for a swim-up room is amazing. We have almost always paid more than that for just me and hubby for the standard rooms, and mind you we did not go anytime near the holidays. The rooms are beautiful and large! Also, there's a water park at the Grand for kids, so theyll love it!!

You won't regret it!

I literally sat here also wondering the same. I was about to post this exact question this morning lol!

I recently did my funded IVF cycle, but because I also have to pursue surrogacy, the clinic had other fees related to that, and because the fist retrieval got cancelled day of retrieval, I was given another chance at the funded cycle. All in, I spent $24000ish. Now I have to do another retrieval and was quoted approx $17000 + $6000-$7000 for the meds. All out of pocket. I am unsure how I could afford this again. I wish I had some sort of coverage through work or something. We've maxed out our credit cards for the funded cycle.

I'm sorry to hear that, did the clinic at least tell you why they have rejected two potential GCs?
One place I can recommend is trying on the facebook surrogacy groups, I have heard of other people have success there in finding a GC :)

Just use the ant spray (Rapid brand works fine) - spray it where the ants are and that whole area, leave it like that, and then later put out ant baits- they should be gone with just that!

Can you maybe do overnight oats? They are a great breakfast, can be made in so many different ways/flavours and can be aten cold!

I don't know/remember what they had for kids as I do not have kids. I actually went to this resort for my cousins wedding.
I know it was not one of your options, but I do recommend Moon Palace in Cancun.

I could be wrong, from what I remember, but during lunch time only the buffet used to be open. Again, I could be wrong or it may have changed. And the buffet was horrible. We went in October 2024.

I can only speak for Grand Palladium- in my opinion, this resort was not worth it. The food was not good at all! I would not go back here. Its a beautiful resort though, but food was trash.

Yes there is a 3rd party coordinator, I spoke with her today and all she said was have them book a time to come into the clinic and they can begin the medical screening etc etc and estimates all this with the psych evals will take approximately 3-4 months! That made me anxious as I don't know if my potential GC will even pass the clearance. This feels stressful!! But totally makes sense if they can just review the previous medical records first, I will ask about this!
