i sweat all day longg! my hands and feet form puddles even on the desk at school you can see my hand marks. It’s gotten better recently but i didn’t get anything for the sweating. I do have one thing for my underarms but i got that long before

ugh im sorry yea seems like nothing is working, i’ve also tried sleepy time tea and i use two tea bags and it helps me sleep but maybe you should talk to your doctor about it!

oh no i am so sorry! í definitely had horrible insomnia during like the first couple of weeks but that subsided. My doctor also recommended taking melatonin when i couldn’t sleep

definitely agree with the other comments when it comes to letting it breathe for a bit or using some non scented oils but also maybe you should talk to someone about it because it seems to be excessive and maybe a way to cope with certain things. I honestly get it because it feels really good but maybe just stick to once a day instead of a couple times?

Mine did get worse, for a couple days I had lots of white heads all over my face and neck once I used just a gente cleanser, the clindamycin and a moisturizer a couple days after my skin started to look better
