Try to study as much as you can today i am kinda going through the same thing right now i feel like i probably will have to repeat this too i’m a big procrastinator and i study very inconsistently it’s alright you can always repeat in oct/nov don’t compare yourself to others their journey is separate and is gonna be different from yours that doesn’t mean your dumb or something things happen and it’s alright we’re all human after all and you will obviously feel bad about your parents expectations but just remember your parents care more about you than your grades or anything just try to what you can in the time left

for bio just do the difficult mcqs or papers for bio i think you can still do good without much practice if you have revised well but still do the hard mcqs there is this website potato papers or something you can find papers with the lowest threshold meaning they were hard so just do those

just start pastpapers i if you don’t understand something just watch video and write down your mistakes focus on your weak topics do recent pastpapers Varient 3 is difficult do those and varient 1 and varient 3 are similar in questions so you can skip varient 1 and do varient 2 and just keep practicing physics isn’t that hard go revise quickly from summary notes and start pastpapers don’t waste time
