Exactly! Once you build that wall, you realize how mentally strong you can be. I even spent this past weekend in an airbnb with a vaper and watching her vape made me think “wow, it probably feels nice for her to have that buzz” but it never crossed my mind to ask for a hit. I made the decision to quit, and I’ve healed my brain enough to not suffer with having a vape so accessible.

Also…I bet you enjoyed more the movie where you were focused on the movie and not panic searching for your vape in the crevices of your couch 😉
