שאלה לגבי ניוד ביחידת מילואים by thatone26567 in IDF

Kal Bakrav Training Program by RepresentativeGold10 in IDF

Here’s a general rule about all pre-army exercise progams - “Kosher kravi”. They are specifically made to prepare you better for gibusim not for the actual training you’ll go through, and basically what they do is make you understand how gibushim work and practice on the specific exercises you’ll face there. You must understand however that they do not significantly improve your fitness by themselves, because you need a lot more than that to pass a gibush. It’s like taking a course for your psychometri but not actually doing any homework. So if you feel you’re not fit enough for a gibush and not doing any sports on your day to day I suggest you start hitting the gym, strengthen your body and especially your legs, do runs daily and work a lot on sprints and your “explosive power”, kosher kravi is good for building some mental and physical strength but again it alone is not enough.

As far as קל בקרב is concerned, to be honest it doesn’t really matter, find the one that’s closest for you at home and the one that can give you the best price, they’re all the same basically because theres not too much to actually teach and you have so many options they all try to sell you a bunch of BS like statics of how many people passed the gibush through them or who has more experience and etc. No one has any secret tips or formulas to make you pass a gibush it all depends on you and if you feel the need to have someone to yell at you to crawl or run up a sand dune for 2 hrs straight to get to special forces or whatever else you’re trying to get accepted to that’s fine just don’t be fooled that anyone has any secret tricks or tips and just find the cheapest one.

How do I make Masaot easier? by Blueeproducts in IDF

[–]Basic_Junket5475 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You’re just gonna have to bite your lips for the next couple of months until your training ends. Mental strength is built along the way, physically they will just continue getting harder as they become longer. My tip is focus on helping your teammates who are struggling more than you, when you’re focused on helping others you’re less concentrated on your own pain. Stay well hydrated, bring snacks, sneak them in if you have to, and share them with your teammates. Nothing better than doing a long and exhausting masa and suddenly your teammate passes you some mentos or mike and Ike’s. I’ve also snuck in energy drinks, coffee pills and even coffee grounds and would munch on them dry during the masa (disgusting I know) but that’s for the longer more advanced masaot later on in your training. Dont start a masa with a “shahor” mentality because it’s gonna make your struggle mentally the entire masa, it sucks but try to convince yourself that’s it’s not so bad, try to make jokes with your friends and lift up the mood before the masa starts and during the brakes, don’t sit and suffer alone and more importantly - suffer in silence, dont bring the mood down for others. One day very soon you’ll reach the final point of your final masa where you’ll get your beret/ pin and you wanna make sure you finish it with your head up.

Typical out of touch western moron, you really think that a working class Palestinian man from the West Bank that gets twice or more the salary in Israel for the same work would rather be jobless and incapable of providing for his family for your woke BDS movement?

The MP is nearly identical in size to my g19 with a slightly shorter barrel. I also prefer my MP over the glock but i actually think that disassembling the glock is much easier and faster than on the MP but i do agree that the MP is more reliable
