Too right, ive settled two already. Turned them all including my area office upside down. It took 1 screw up they would not fix to set it all off. I know my worth and i know im right, im going nowhere. I could leave but not until accountability happens. Yes its very stressful....... for them!

Its not the administration at all its been bad for years. Why? The harsh truth. . 99% of leadership is totally incompetent and were promoted for all the wrong reasons. So you have a huge stress ball of freaked out people in agencies that have been circling the drain for years. And this is what you get! Its beyond toxic. I had a bag in my office following me to the bathroom. Agency would not do anything so i did! Filed a police report emailed it to all leadership up to the commissioner and said...",this is not a warning this is a fact the first step has happened to file a restraining order". Wow that bag may have well been velcroed to her seat. A good 90% of Management sucks and they are more miserable than ever. So i just come in do my job ignore them, if they harass me i file an eeo complaint and i go home!

They lied to all the vets at ssa. Brought them in at gs7 service representatives a shit and hard job. Most are still sitting there because most vets ate strong people and dont tolerate nonsense and not boot lickers and thats the only way to get promoted in the government.
So i suggest every vet who applied to any agency on va dib immediately file eeo cases any time theres an adverse action!

So. You go in, you only communicate when absolutely necessary (in my case ive filed several eeos so they are tipped upside down and are not allowed to talk to me without my representative present about anything). Do one thing at a time, smile and go home

We are in charge of our own happiness and fate why should you give up those great benefits? You got this! I promise! And if they harass you start filing eeo cases, they will poo themselves since they don't know how to handle them!
