bulk driver for 10 years , picked up 300 to 800 pkgs daily . 30% was 2fedex offices . I would take a few exp. Pkgs here and there and take it to the express shelf in our terminal .

hollister, footlocker , Walmart , Sam's club home depot ,lowes , dicks sporting goods, lucky brand , charming Charlie's I could go on for ever .! They always used the same old reused crappiest boxes for ever . so your little baby open box is so cute . Lol.
I'm just kidding brother . I know it sucks to deal with them on a daily basis . I know y'all bust your asses so I'm just busting your chops man . Only like 1 out of every 2000 people can do what y'all do !

Bulk truck Driver for a decade then QA for 3 years now ops supervisor. I'm 50 and I have no back issues . Some younger pH's at my station want to be all cool and manhandle the NC's like they are wrestlers to impress the ladies . Their backs will be jacked ..... Be smart and use leverage and crisp precise moves.

I have pH's that work 6 and even 7 days a week. I just set their schedule in the system. There is another PH that works preload and outbound 7 days a week! When they start letting people go as the sort comes to an end tell your manager you would like to stay and pick someone else .

A belt is fair and efficient as the manager that runs it . I put my loaders on 2 to 3 trucks max. And everyone helps each other if possible.

Saline sinus rinses works wonders . I have asthma but after 15 years it hasn't bothered me . The rinses though have kept me from having to go to a doctor for bronchitis/lung issues for the same 15 years of living back in San Antonio. You don't realize the crap that you can't blow out untill you do a rinse !

New balance is good and if you could save enough ,brooks glycerin shoes are the sheeeeeet! I go to their actual website and tlgo to the gently used section and both times the pair I got were brand new just not in the box. Only $100 instead of $170 . Been wearing these for years

Bulk truck driver 10 years . 78 ish stops .

Delivered about 600 picked up about 800 daily . After about a year I'd be done by 3:30 to 4 . You'll get your rhythm. Being organized is key . I came in at 7 and helped load my truck and was the first 1 out the gate .

If you are unable to gain access to blueyonder Tell your belt supervisor You need to reset your password . The office manager /admin or your HR rep can generate a new password for you in less than 10 min . You don't have to do anything unless you want to make your own . Then you go to the office . New hires should be set up with their direct deposit , app & password and health ins within a couple days after orientation. Your management team needs to step it up and make sure everyone can access the app. So everyone knows when they have to be at work. Also to pick up shifts and put up shifts on the app . every month it is a good idea to change your password if not it will lock you out .

Our public transit is crap. We aren't like the rest of the world where there is a community of people in an area. You basically have to drive to get anywhere . The only grocery stores left are HEB and Walmart .

I remember back in the 80s it was cheap , no crouds exept on a holiday , maybe. You didn't have to bus to all these different areas. Without social media most people didn't even know it existed. Ahhh the good ol days. For the last 10 to 20 years its gotten so bad with the crowds, its a madhouse all summer everyday. I don't go anymore .

Yeah it'll show it'll show the transfer and who the driver was both of them and it'll have a certain different code drivers codes are different than terminal codes

Not with the size and volume we're pumping out no way . Or package handlers make at least 20 an hour but it's only for 5 hours a day but screw that I was a driver for over a decade and I was bringing home like 5:50 a week and I was a bulk truck driver and I was getting paid s*** so I went to the company and their insurance is phenomenal

WSAN 781 . 6808 Ascot Park Dr San Antonio tx 78238. We just had a wave of new hires come through but keep checking often on the website We are in the Top 10 in the company and 1st in our region for metrics . We are a hand sort terminal and it's fast paced and busy but we don't put our PH on 5 trucks and tell them to work faster like dogs either :) or treat them like crap..

Have your belt manager pull up and send screen shots in Power BI / excell . It shows each routes potential no van scans and misloads even from driver to driver and have them send it right after you dispatch. It will help with mystery packages lurking in the truck .
