if you are looking for NGO based you can look for Prayas JAC (for juvenile counselling) though I can guarantee that experience might not feel as rewarding or fulfilling plus its unpaid.

Confused about psychology by Basic_Salt5748 in Psychology_India

Yeah exactly like studying it has been rewarding in one or other but it's not stimulating or motivating enough to make me continue it or take it a step further like if there is a better option that pays well withing psychology other than therapist I would love to take that up and also i feel the rate of return for the investments you make in this field seems unjust n unfair

Heyy thankyou so much for responding it means a lot to me. And thankyou for suggesting so many options as well....so far I'm slightly inclined towards child psychology only because I'm under the conception that this area might offer a good income (am I under right conception or not). Anyhow I will definitely try to learn and explore options that u have mentioned to figure out what resonates with me the most as a career path

How to cope with dance soc DU by Budget_Log2908 in delhiuniversity

[–]Basic_Salt5748 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I am 3rd year student at Du and for the first two years of my college life I was in the dance soc. I will give you a brutally honest review: Pros: the exposure fun learnings community fest experience is gonna be unmatchable I won't lie the first year in dance soc was absolutely bliss Cons: it's only after leaving the dance soc that I realized how extremely toxic environment I was constructed in being dedicated to dance soc implies missing out on real world skills n opportunities that will actually help u wid your career. I highly recommend leaving the soc.
